Abstract

The paper gives a results about general identifiability conditions expressed in terms of the properties of the probabilistic measures, corresponding, to the observable processes, when the parameters value is fixed. The application of these results to special cases permit to get the identifiability conditions which can be checked before the experiment or observation process starts.
