Abstract

We consider it necessary to study (a) the process of decision-making in real life organizations, (b) factors (human and organizational) which influence it, (c) collective and individual decisions in them, and (d) interpretation, communication and motivation in organizations. We should use methods of such sciences like psychology, sociology, social psychology to do so.
