It not only considers interregional effects (through an interregional input - output submodel) but also intraregional effects (through a set of Garin - Lowry submodels). In addition it allows the simultaneous determination of migration rates, labor-force-participation rates, and unemployment rates. Suggestive of the demoeconomic approach, this model also reveals the methodological difficulties that such an approach implies. date: 1980-02 date_type: published publisher: SAGE id_number: 10.1068/a120125 creators_browse_id: 1916 creators_browse_id: 2102 full_text_status: none publication: Environment and Planning A volume: 12 number: 2 pagerange: 125-133 issn: 0308-518X coversheets_dirty: FALSE fp7_type: info:eu-repo/semantics/article citation: Gordon, P. & Ledent, J.
