This model can be applied to analyze problems such as the machine-repairman problem and simultaneous resource possession. Our algorithm is based on exact mean value analysis and on two-moment approximations of GI/G/l queues. The model gives good results for a large range of the network parameters.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">1994-03</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>WP-94-018</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Monograph</mods:genre></mods:mods>
