Abstract

A conceptual approach to the overall process of technological change provides a basis for the development of an Integrated Model of Technological Change (IMTC). The Technology Model within IMTC aggregates to a Technology State Vector whose dynamics are instructive. The concept of the nation as a technological process is explored.
