Abstract

Non-tariff trade costs represent a significant obstacle to the growth of international trade. The purpose of this paper is to examine various indicators of trade costs in Russia, to make a rough estimate of total costs and to study the impact of digital technologies, especially blockchain technology, on trade and trade cost reduction.
