Abstract
This Research Report focuses on selected potential impacts of new information and telecommunications technologies on the political life of society. The authors address, in an interdisciplinary way, a special application of new generation videotex systems and how this new technology could be used for expressing public opinion. Their intention is to draw attention to an issue which might be one of the counterpoints of a future "information society."
