Abstract

This paper is a summary of a comparative analysis of the digital and innovation development indices of China, the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union. The analysis shows that China is rapidly catching up with the EU in the fight for digital leadership. The paper also presents potential areas of digital cooperation identified through a comparative analysis of the digital strategies of China, the EAEU and the EU.
